2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry, booking a session, or making a payment to Bequora, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
To engage our Services you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Thai law. If you are booking on behalf of a household or family, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of all participants.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with a booking.
3. Service Description
Bequora provides record-organisation and information services designed to help individuals and families bring order to important documents and household records. Our three current programmes are:
- Document Inventory Session — a calm, one-to-one session to list, label, and record the location of important documents, resulting in a printed personal inventory.
- Planning-Ahead Conversations — a gentle series of structured conversations to help households discuss wishes and record-keeping calmly, with printed guides provided.
- Household Archive & Briefing Programme — a thorough programme to build a clearly labelled document archive and a plain written summary for family members, including a home filing layout and briefing document.
All Services are organisational and informational in nature. Bequora does not provide financial, legal, estate-planning, or any other professional advisory services. Where official resources or professional referrals are appropriate, we will signpost them.
Services are available in Hat Yai, Songkhla, and surrounding areas. Remote or written-delivery options may be available on request.
4. User Responsibilities
When engaging our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when making a booking or attending a session.
- Ensure that any documents or materials you share with Bequora during a session are yours to share and do not infringe any third-party rights.
- Attend booked sessions at the agreed time, or provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule.
- Treat Bequora staff with courtesy and respect throughout all interactions.
- Use any Content, guides, or printed materials provided by Bequora solely for your own personal, non-commercial household use.
You must not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or make available any Bequora materials to third parties without written consent.
- Use our Website or Services in any manner that is unlawful or harmful to others.
- Attempt to access, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the Website's technical infrastructure.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials produced by Bequora — including session frameworks, printed inventory templates, guide documents, briefing layouts, and website content — remain the intellectual property of Bequora unless expressly stated otherwise.
Upon full payment for a Service, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the printed materials and documents prepared specifically for your household. This licence does not extend to commercial use, redistribution, or the creation of derivative works.
Personal documents that you bring to a session or share with Bequora remain your property at all times. Bequora will not retain copies of your personal documents beyond what is necessary to complete the agreed Service.
6. Payment Terms
Service fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are as follows at the time of these Terms:
A deposit or full payment may be requested at the time of booking. Full payment is due before the commencement of any session or programme unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees are subject to change. Any change to published fees will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid.
Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before a session may incur a rescheduling fee.
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 7 days before a booked session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days will be assessed individually; any refund will be at Bequora's reasonable discretion.
7. Service Conduct & Scope
Bequora will carry out the agreed Service with reasonable care and in accordance with the description confirmed at booking. Sessions take place at a location agreed between the parties, or by written exchange where suitable.
Any scope changes — such as adding additional household members, extending session time, or requesting supplementary materials — should be discussed with Bequora in advance. Additional scope may attract additional charges.
Bequora's Services are strictly organisational and informational. Nothing shared, discussed, or documented during a session constitutes legal, financial, or estate-planning advice. We will refer you to appropriate official sources or professional services where needed.
Bequora staff will handle all personal documents shared during a session with discretion. Details about your household and documents will not be shared with third parties except where required by applicable Thai law.
8. Disclaimers
Bequora's Services are provided on an "as is" basis for organisational and informational purposes. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, beyond those set out in these Terms.
In particular, Bequora does not warrant that:
- Any records, inventories, or summaries produced will satisfy the requirements of any official body, legal process, or financial institution.
- The information provided in sessions or guides will remain current, as official processes and requirements change from time to time.
- The Website will be continuously available or free from technical errors.
Nothing in Bequora's materials constitutes professional advice of any kind. You remain responsible for seeking appropriate professional guidance regarding your own circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Bequora's total liability to you in connection with any Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific Service.
Bequora will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of our Services or Website, including but not limited to loss of documents, loss of opportunity, or reliance on information shared during a session.
Bequora will not be held responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of nature, government restrictions, or other force majeure events that prevent or delay delivery of a Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to hold Bequora harmless from and against any claims, costs, or losses that arise from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our Services, or any false or misleading information you provide to us.
This indemnity is in addition to, and does not reduce, any other remedy available to Bequora at law.
11. Termination
Either party may withdraw from a booked Service before it commences, subject to the cancellation and refund terms in Section 6.
Bequora reserves the right to decline or discontinue a Service if a user's conduct is abusive, unsafe, or in material breach of these Terms. In such cases, Bequora will provide a pro-rata refund for any portion of the Service not yet delivered.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 12 — will remain in effect after any booking ends.
12. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Songkhla Province.
Before referring any matter to formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly. Most concerns can be resolved through an open and respectful conversation. Please write to us at [email protected] with a clear description of your concern, and we will respond within 10 business days.
If informal resolution is not possible, the parties may agree to submit the matter to mediation before pursuing court proceedings.
13. General Provisions
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any booking confirmation issued by Bequora, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bequora in respect of the Services.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Waiver. Bequora's failure to exercise a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Bequora's written consent. Bequora may transfer its obligations to another party, provided the standard of Service is maintained.
Notices. Any formal notice under these Terms should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to the address below.

If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify clients with active bookings by email. Your continued use of our Website or Services after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
