About Bequora
A settled place for papers that need tending.
We believe every household deserves to have its records in good order — not as an emergency measure, but as a quiet act of care.

How Bequora came to be
Bequora was founded in Hat Yai in 2018 by a small team who had each spent time helping their own families gather documents at difficult moments — and noticed how much quieter those moments could have been with a little prior preparation.
The name comes from an old word for a careful custodian: someone trusted to hold things safely for others. That idea — of being a steady, discreet presence — shapes everything the organisation does.
We are not solicitors, financial planners, or healthcare workers. We do not advise on formal arrangements. What we do is help families understand what papers they hold, where those papers are kept, and how to explain that clearly to the people who may one day need to know.
Our clients range from young households who simply want to be better organised, to older residents of Songkhla and the surrounding provinces who want to spare their relatives the difficulty of searching through drawers when everything else is already hard.
Since opening, we have worked with families from Hat Yai, Sadao, Songkhla town, and as far north as Nakhon Si Thammarat. Sessions are available at our Sanam Bin Road premises or, where appropriate, at the family home.
We produce all written materials in Thai or English — or a combination of both — depending on what the household finds most useful. Every inventory, guide, and briefing we produce is written in plain, unhurried language.
We take privacy seriously. We hold no copies of original documents, and nothing shared in a session is passed to any third party. What passes between us and the families we work with remains entirely within that relationship.
"Good records are a gift to the people who love you."

How We Work
Our standards and approach
Strict Confidentiality
Everything discussed in a session is held in strict confidence. We retain no copies of original documents, and no information passes outside the client relationship.
Organisational Scope Only
We are clear about what we do and do not do. Our work is about listing, labelling, and filing. We direct clients to qualified professionals for legal, financial, and health matters.
Plain Written Outputs
Every inventory, guide, and briefing we produce is written in clear, simple language — in Thai, English, or both — so that any family member can understand it without difficulty.
Client-Directed Pace
Sessions move at the speed the family is comfortable with. We never rush, and we never suggest doing more than the household has indicated it wishes to cover.
Thorough Document Knowledge
Our team is familiar with Thai government documents, land title deeds, insurance records, and the range of personal papers households in Southern Thailand typically hold.
Respectful Engagement
We are careful and considerate in how we ask about personal matters. We understand that the conversations we facilitate can touch on difficult subjects, and we approach them with care.
Our Values
What guides us
Bequora exists because having your affairs in good order is not a morbid task — it is a kind one. A household with a clear inventory of its papers, a shared understanding of where things are kept, and a simple written guide for relatives is a household that has done something thoughtful and lasting.
We take seriously the dignity of the families we work with. Hat Yai is a busy, diverse city, and the households we serve range across ages, occupations, and family structures. What they have in common is a wish to be better organised, and a preference for doing that calmly, without fuss.
Our approach draws on the traditions of good record-keeping and careful custody that have existed long before digital systems made everything faster but not always clearer. We produce physical printed materials — inventories, filing guides, family briefings — because paper, kept in the right place, is still the most reliable record a household can have.
We are affiliated with the Thailand Records and Information Management Association and hold membership with the International Council on Archives. Our team participates in regular professional development to stay familiar with changes in Thai documentation requirements and best practices in household records management.
