I had been putting off sorting our family papers for years. The session was much easier than I expected — Siriporn was calm and thorough, and we finished with a printed list that actually made sense. My husband was relieved too. We now know exactly where everything is.

My parents are elderly and I wanted to help them put their affairs in better order without it feeling like a difficult conversation. The Planning-Ahead programme was very suitable — gentle, educational, no pressure. The printed guides are stored with their documents now and I feel a lot more at ease.

Nareerat Kongthong

The Household Archive programme took about six weeks for our family. Krit was meticulous and the home filing layout he designed for us is something we still use every day. The family briefing document meant that our children in Bangkok now understand where everything is kept. Worth every baht.

I appreciated that Bequora was clear from the start about what they do and do not do. No pretending to advise on legal matters — just good, careful organisation. The session came to our house, which made the whole process much easier for my mother.

As an expat family with documents in English and Thai, we found it difficult to know what we actually held and whether everything was in order. Bequora handled both languages easily and produced an inventory that was very clear. The thirty-day follow-up was genuinely helpful.

We did the Planning-Ahead Conversations after my mother-in-law passed away and we realised how hard it had been to locate things. Three sessions — all calm, all useful. We have recommended Bequora to both of my sisters.

Three households, three journeys
Case Study 01 · Document Inventory Session
A retired couple in Hat Yai
The situation
A retired couple had accumulated forty years of documents across multiple folders, drawers, and boxes. Neither was certain what they still held, where the land title deeds were stored, or whether their insurance policies were current.
What we did
A single two-hour session at their home on Sanam Bin Road. We worked through every folder and box, listed each document, noted its location, and flagged items that might need attention from a solicitor or official body.
The outcome
A printed inventory of 47 documents with clear locations. The couple identified three items that needed renewal — which they then handled themselves with the relevant offices. Duration: one session, two weeks from enquiry to completion.
"We should have done this ten years ago. It took one afternoon and now everything is labelled and in the right place."
Case Study 02 · Planning-Ahead Conversations
A family of four in Songkhla town
The situation
Adult children living overseas wanted to ensure their parents — both in their seventies — had a way to express their wishes and make sure the family understood what was held and what the parents would prefer.
What we did
Three facilitated sessions over five weeks. Nattida led the conversations, with one session attended by a daughter joining by video call from Chiang Mai. We produced bilingual record-keeping guides for all four family members.
The outcome
Printed guides in Thai and English. The family reported that the sessions had opened conversations that had previously felt too difficult. Both parents said they felt lighter having spoken clearly and having it recorded.
"Nattida created a space where we could talk about things that were important but always seemed too hard to bring up."
Case Study 03 · Household Archive & Briefing Programme
A business owner's household in Hat Yai
The situation
A business owner whose personal and business papers were mixed together, with family members having no clear understanding of what existed or where. He wanted to leave a clean, readable picture for his wife and children.
What we did
Five sessions over seven weeks. We separated personal from business documents, built a home filing system with clear labels, and produced a family briefing in both Thai and English that could be handed to a solicitor or family member at any time.
The outcome
A fully labelled home archive, a home filing layout, and a 12-page family briefing document. His wife said it was the most useful thing they had done in years. Three follow-up queries answered within the thirty-day window.
"I had been meaning to do this for five years. Krit made the whole process calm and very well organised."
