Why Families Choose Bequora

A place for papers, not pressure

No hurry, no pressure

Every session moves at the pace that suits the family. There is no deadline and no obligation to cover more than feels comfortable in a single sitting.

Clear, plain records

We produce written summaries and inventories in plain language — nothing technical, nothing confusing, just a clear record that any family member can follow.

Organisational, not advisory

Our work is about listing, labelling, and filing. We point to official sources for formal matters and never stray into legal, financial, or medical territory.

Whole-household focus

Our sessions and programmes are designed for households, not individuals. Every member of the family can take part, and the records we produce belong to everyone.

Rooted in Southern Thailand

We work with families in Hat Yai and the wider Songkhla region, understanding local customs, Thai document types, and the practical realities of households here.

Handled with discretion

Family records are personal. Everything you share with us stays within the session. We hold no copies of original documents and do not share information with any third party.

Ready when you are

Is now a good time to put things in order?

There is no urgency and no obligation. We are happy to answer questions by phone or email before you decide whether a session would suit your family.

Common Questions

Things families often ask

What exactly happens in a Document Inventory Session?

We sit together — at your home or at our Hat Yai premises — and work through the documents you hold. We help you give each one a clear label, note where it is stored, and record any related contacts or reference numbers. At the end of the session you receive a printed inventory you can keep in a safe place.

Do you give legal or financial advice?

We do not. Our work is purely organisational. We help you understand what you have and where it is kept. For questions about formal arrangements — wills, probate, tax, insurance — we will point you towards the appropriate official bodies or qualified professionals.

How long does the Household Archive & Briefing Programme take?

Most families complete the programme over four to six sessions spread across four to eight weeks, depending on how many documents are involved and how much the household wishes to cover. We never rush the process.

Do you keep copies of our documents?

No. We never retain copies of original documents. Our notes describe what you hold and where it is — they are yours to keep. Nothing is shared with any outside party.

Can we start with a smaller session before committing to a full programme?

Yes, absolutely. Many families begin with the Document Inventory Session to see how the process feels before deciding whether a longer programme would be useful. There is no pressure to do more than suits you.

Do you work in Thai as well as English?

Yes. Sessions and all written materials can be conducted and produced in Thai or English, according to the preference of the family. We are comfortable with both Thai and English document types.
